Saturday, Christmas Cookies and the Ward Christmas Party

Christmas time! Again! We are just stumbling forward, trying to do all the things.

One of our favorte traditions, is Christmas sugar cookies. We spent half of the day Saturday making dough, cutting and rolling out dough, and baking cookies.

As a part of the Pipkin family tradition, we always make self inspired cookies, so we needed to make sure we had enough of those for everyone, plus, for the Hites, because I would be bringing cookies to Yuma in a week to decorate while we were there.

Karl took the pictures but he was very much a part of this project. We made 4 batches of cookies.

After all of that baking, we had to have some coco for sustenance.

That night was our ward Christmas party, and Mirah had been asked to sing a SOLO of Oh Little Town of Bethlehem.

We went early to practice, and she was a little nervous.

BUT, she was amazing, no need for nerves. She sang like an angel.
