Halloween Parties, Two Costumes.

Happy Halloween!
Yes, I know, Halloween isn’t until next week, but our ward party was this weekend, and we have already dressed up. PLUS, we will be on a plane to Puerto Rico on Halloween, so we have pretty much celebrated the holiday.

We are “ward mission group leaders” and the ward mission group leaders were in charge of the Halloween activity this year. Our job was to run the photo booth as people came into the activity.

We took some practice photos to test the lighting.
Here we are:
Mirah is a robot, Karl and I are the scientists that that created her. 🙂

As anyone who has ever planned an activity knows, you don’t really get to enjoy activities.
We had fun taking pictures, and seeing all the little kiddos in their costumes.
It was hard on our little girl, and after a couple of hours she was totally tuckered out.

Flash forward to Saturday night. We headed over to Nitsy’s trunk or treat activity.

Then Judah decided to give Mirah some love. He was trying to give Mirah her pacifier, and a hug.

After all of that, he was ready for an adventure.

The boys passed out candy at the car, while Betsy and I made the rounds with the kids.

We had problems with people thinking Mirah was a boy in the robot costume, so we put a little flower on her to make sure people knew she was a girl.

We headed inside to warm up and have some soup.

We fed those boys some rolls, Ashe thought Karl was hilarious.
