Headed North, Brunch

WOW! Just looking back at these pictures I am so happy and humbled at all of the things we have been blessed to do.

After days of adventuring and a full day in the Mexican Sun, we were ready to RELAX!

We started the day nice and slow. We slept in as long as we could. We watched TV in the room as late as we dared. (PS the only station that was worth ANYTHING was Cartoon Network.) We went to brunch in the Gold Pearl dinning room.  Flute glasses of orange juice. Crispy croissants.

Hot chocolate too!

You will also notice that we are all a little sun baked. Especially poor Lucas.

We were all hungry due to the late breakfast. In the fancy dinning room you get a bread plate, a starter, and an entree.

So we may have over ordered.

Karl got a bagel with creme cheese, smoked salmon, tomatoes, with lemon for his starter.

Karl got an entree of the Hey Pork Chop.  “Fun to say, better to eat. Our flame roasted, double cut thick pork chop, is topped with caramelized onion,
gorgonzola cream, side of fries and blistered beans in bbq sauce. ” The kids got cereal crusted french toast.

We may have been too full to eat those entrees.

And too tired, and sunburned and grumpy.
