So we were up bright and early. I got out the eggs like i do most mornings. We get our eggs from my friend Emily. They have five chicken’s in their back yard, and they are all laying. So she has a plethora of eggs. We get brown, green and brown speckled eggs. This morning I grabbed our last three eggs, and the green shell got me thinking.

Grabbed the food coloring:

Broke the eggs:

Mixed well:

Voila! 

Green eggs and ham, so my little baby lady and me. All decked out for the day.

All that was left to do was to get my corned beef in the crock pot.
