I LOVE our ward. This is a real set of people, who do their best to live their religion. They love and serve one another as best they can. And there is a bedrock of families who have been in the neighborhood for generations. They care about each other, and serve everyone no matter what. They have a few activities each year, each one turning into a ward reunion. The biggest one, is the ward Pioneer Day activity. They had a huge breakfast with all of the fixings!
Families from the ward, bring all of their family.
We did this time too!
Eggs, Hash browns, pancakes, sausages, fruit, and all of the different kinds of toppings and drinks.
Plenty for all.
Our gang ready to eat!
This year there was a Shetland Pony! This isĀ Isaac. He helped all of the kids on their little rides.
Then the little girls were ready for their rides.
After the pony rides we went for a wagon ride!
We were able to jump on with all of the kids.
These bikes are just about the best thing I ever saw.
Time for the main event!
The hillside and fire hose slip n slide!!
They added soap for extra slippi-ness.
We were about the last people to leave the park. The kids just wanted to keep playing.
Tyring SO hard to get these girls to smile for me!
My neighbors.
