Auntie Malia was telling us that she was thinking it would be fun to take Mirah to see Cinderella at the Hale. It is closing weekend, and we were THRILLED to go together. I got Mirah out of school early, and we excitedly headed to Sandy, to the magnificent Hale Theater. Excited might be an understatement, Mirah was practically vibrating with anticipation.
We arrived about 30 minutes before show time, and so we had a little bit of time to kill. We grabbed the tickets at Will Call.
Amazing seats. FIRST ROW!
We took a picture by this creepy statue.
We watched the waterfall.
Tried for a selfie.
We even got some concessions. What Mirah spilled and then licked off of herself. 🙂
Malia was running straight from work. We checked her location, then as we were taking this selfie-she appeared!
We were five minutes from curtain, and we were in our seats.
The show was spectacular! It was not only fabulously preformed, it was a spectral to behold! The feats of engineering required for every show on that stage are absolutely phenomenal.
After the show, Mirah got a little Tiara. As a little keepsake of the show and our special night together.
On our way home we stopped and got Pho for dinner, our favorite.
The whole drive home, and then into the next morning we were listening to the music.
SO wonderful! Such an incredible show!
