Mirah’s Raynauds

After a year of working on this issue and TWO other appointments and trying to find answers we finally got an appointment at the Primary Children’s Outpatient Services with a Rayaud’s national specialist. You can see the whole valley from up there.

After a thorough exam, from Dr.Frech, who is a national specialist, she declared that Mirah has a-typical Raynauds as her Presenting diagnosis.  Shee will need to keep doing all the stuff she is doing. We are taking her off the blood pressure medications (hallelujah!) The redness and swelling in her hands are not a the point of causing long term damage. We will want to continue to monitor her hands, and be watchful about symptoms. For now an annual appointment with annual x-rays and blood tests is recommended to monitor her. SO before we left the hospital we got her labs and x-rays done.
