As though we didn’t have enough going on on Luke’s big day, it was also the first day of swim lessons! It was a TOTAL cluster cus, and we changed times, and that is all I will say about that.

Back at home, we had a fun birthday display all ready for my boy.
We got him a Cars themed cake, and he absolutely loved it. He still has never seen the movie.
Really it was a pretty cars themed birthday.
As always our loved ones were so generous with gifts for this little guy. He got his card from Grandma and Grandpa Barney, complete with 5 dollar bill.
He got to opening gifts from Grandma Pippy.

His Hite Grandparents sent some amazon bucks! With which we got him this sweet RC dump truck.
The Whitmores got him some totally perfect board books. They are just the best.
Krystin and Chelsea got him a big bouncy ball and cute stuffed doggie.
We got him a bunch of Cars toys. Two racing cars, a sliding car, and the like. He had a pretty happy birthday if I do say so myself.
Here he is before nap time, reminding me of the wonderful, fun, and happy boy he is.
I can’t imagine what my life would be without him. I love you Lucas.
