As a part of our annual goal to get healthier, Karl and I have started going to the gym together twice a week. We are lifting with the 5×5 app, and it is pretty killer.

Explaining something and I am not listening very well.
We go in the evenings, bring the kids, work out, and then come home and put them to bed. Its been nice.
I always feel so much better when I exercise and its cool that our kids get to be a part of it, a little anyway.
