We were packed and ready to go, we got out the door, and after an uneventful car ride we were in Las Vegas by early afternoon.

We got a room at the cheapest place on the strip, Circus Circus.

We decided to spend some time in the Midway. We saw these amazing ladies on their 6 foot high unicycles.

Next we went to the arcade. We took pictures in the photo booth, and played air hockey. Lucas ended up running off, so we left, as a consequence.

Belle was in town for a conference, RANDOMLY, so we met up for the evening. We met at Coco Cola Store. The kids were SO stoked.

We did the Taste of the World. AND the FLOAT platter.

 

The floats were just all the good kinds of soda. Strawberry, Orange, and Grape Fanta. Coke, Diet Coke and rootbeer .

The Tastes of the World was fun.

And then came the Beverly from Italy. We did this tasting years and years ago, and the Beverly still goes on in legend. We still talk about it in hushed tones…of disgust. The line is “Poop in a cup with a splash of pee.”

Thankfully there were lots of tasty drinks to come.

The kids each got a little sack of M&M’s in their favorite color.

 

We took time when we were done to press a penny!

More looking around and we found ourselves on the top floor!
