After church, we changed, napped, and then headed over to Grandma’s house to play!

The kids were in heaven. The weather was warm, the day was sunny, and they had kids to play with!

 

Before dinner, but after lunch, we had our cookie decorating time! Malia made the frosting, and brought the cookies.

Lucas as an old pro by this point, and he was stoked to mix up so food coloring.

Before we could finish mixing frosting the kids were decorating.

While the Grandparents just relaxed.

Cookie making when into full swing, and the kids seemed to mostly be enjoying it.

 

Then we gave the instruction to make one that looked like you and that really just exploded most of the kids heads.

Lucas did a great job though, plus he had had lots of practice.

Betsys lady looked great.

Soon it just became little kids eating frosting.

So we cleaned up and had Grandpa Hite open his gift from all of us…

An escape room experience with all of his kids-TOMORROW!!

A pretty successful day I would say.

The candles were almost out.
