Happy Halloween!
To one and all! Especially to my dad, on his favorite holiday!
Lots of happy things happened this weekend.
First and foremost, Karen was a squirrel.
Her mom made this costume out of a brown kids sweat suit and a fuzzy pair of kids pants she found at Savers.
Karl and I also got our costumes at Savers. Karen and I hi-five for Savers Halloween costumes!
I am obviously an angel.
Karl, was a Yacht owner.
The Whitmore’s are the white strips, the squirrel, and the hardest button to button (Graham.)
By this time we were at our ward’s Halloween party, where many other crazy things waited for us.
Like our friend Hayley, who is a school teacher. Her niece, Ila, is a mime.
Jessy! As a viking.
Body shot of us!
Cutest family award, in my book, goes to the Sorensens!
SMILE!! We were really happy about eating some amazing treats!
I love Rachel, she was in 6 inch heals, which made me feel totally short!
Funniest Costume, according to me. The new real life new parents, the Godfrey fam, as-new parents.
Then the bishops funniest: Irene and Jentz.
By the end of the night Karl was ready to be out of his short sleeved fleece that he had built his whole costume around.
For dinner, we biked over to Slab. It was amazing.
It was tons of fun. We put glow sticks onto our bikes and had a fun ride. In fact, on our way to the party a car full of college kids mooned us! Seriously, two bare bums, shining in the moonlight.
Another fun activity of the weekend, we finally pulled up the garden. We let the whole thing go to heck this year. We blame it on the pumpkin plant. It over took the whole thing.
But man, what a beauty! I could hardly hold it, it was so heavy!
Krysta looking so cute!
Karen helping out.
Much of the sad leftovers.
One thing to leave you with, smiles.
This is one of our Christmas card rejects. Cards coming to your mailbox soon.
Karl, you remind me more of Rodney Dangerfield in the 80's.
