The Pumpkin Patch 2012

This is our fifth year going out to Jacker’s Pumpkin Patch in Springville. Every year it had gotten more and more elaborate out there. We have never really seem much of a crowd out there until tonight. It was PACKED!

There were people everywhere. I guess everyone else had the same FHE idea as me. Even so, it was a ton of fun.
We started at the petting zoo area:

The biggest pig you ever did see…big pig, BIG smell.
Asher, with a mama and baby burro.

Judah LOVED the petting zoo. He was super into feeding the little lamb.

Mirah has been acting weird all day. I am worried that she didn’t like the pears, like they made her sick or something. She has been SCREAMING all day, poor thing. You will see it on her face in all of these pics today. Lots of crying, no smiles. But still super cute!

Oh also, BABY Buffalo!

Asher peaced out from the petting zoo before Judah had had his fill. He found the corn pit!

We were joined but the others soon…

Judah tried it out, and it wasn’t his cup of tea.

Mirah, looked on…

Betsy and Judah!

There was also hay bail activities there, including this little maze for the kids.
Photobucket

Then there was this little pyramid to climb too.
Photobucket

Asher had a great time.
Photobucket
He solved it all by himself.

Some family photos!

Mirah’s first and only smile of the trip!
As we tired to pose the kids for a picture. My vision was to get them all sitting, but the boys were not cooperating.

Still, super cute.

Just the boys. They were done.

Asher wouldn’t look at the camera.

But then there is the little Judah.

We stuffed Mirah into the big pumpkins.

We stopped at this Mexican place for dinner.
Mirah was starting to loose it, for like the millionth time today.

In other food news, Asher and Judah tired salsa for the first time.
Photobucket

They had totally different reactions to the experience.

Judah. 🙂 He didn’t like it. He yelled at the bowl and pointed at it with anger. He did give it a few tries…but he didn’t like it.

Asher on the other hand…
Photobucket
HE LOVED IT!
Better then candy!

More salsa please??

Judah did feel better pretty quickly.
Photobucket

He loved the beans. To show his love, he rubbed his beany hands all over his mom and her shirt. He was also able to dump water all down his front.

Good time fall outing. We got our pumpkins, ate great mexican. Good day.
Pray for my poor Mirah. I don’t know what is wrong with her, I hope tomorrow is better.
