It was mom’s birthday. And since we are still socially distant, all we could do was a quick drop off and and a back yard visit. Here were our offerings. I couldn’t decided on what kind of cake to make, so I decided to bring her lots of different options.

We went to the back door, and grandma was already for the kids.

KP was already there.

We got mom’s candles all ready on her chocolate cake!

She came by the next day as part of her birthday weekend. It was a Sunday, and we did our Primary music time.

Mom arrived, because it was time to release the butterflies! Yes the time had come to let these buddies go.

Grandma did the honors:

There were 5 butterflies and 5 of us. We each got a turn to let one go.
