In a continued effort to support Karl in his hobbies, Karl has been out on his Kayak at least once a week since he got it for his birthday last month. He most often goes to South Provo River to paddle around. Now twice, we have dropped him at the top of Provo Canyon, and met him at Vivian Park.

Here he is getting into the water. He likes to listen to a podcast on his earbuds while Kayaking. On the left he is putting his phone in a plastic bag then he will zip the plastic bag into the pocket of his life jacket.

This road follows the river for a minute, so we watched him go

We drove away, and the road goes steep above the river at this point, and we can see him far down below in his bright orange boat.

Off he goes!

It usually takes him about an hour to get there. Perfect timing for us, we headed into Heber to Dairy Keen and got shakes. Mirah got a peach raspberry shake, it was SO good. They even gave Luna a little doggie treat.

We met Karl at Vivian about a little over an hour later, and he was soaked. He had fallen in, lost an ear bud and was in bit of a mood. But, he still said it was so much fun.
