It turns out, that the last part of the the new years celebration is the Dragon Parade.
The Cascade tradition, is that the first graders, dress in the dragon costume, while music plays, and the finish the new year celebration as a school. Mom, Johanna Wu, and Tina (forgot her last name) who were all at the school to help judge, were happy to watch.
The music started and the kids came down the hall.
Lucas was given the honor of holding up the head! That is his BFF Ariana helping him!
