We arrived at the Long Beach cruise terminal by 11:00 AM. We parked and I took this picture to make sure we could find it when we return in a week.
We presented our papers and got right into the terminal.
There was lots to do once we…okay we had to wait around. Thankfully waiting is something we are all really good at… Oh wait. No one is good at that in our family, especially me and Lucas.
We definitely were not going crazy.
Karl pulled out the new selfie stick that we bought for the trip and we killed some time with taking some fun pics.
Mirah had a little accident…so we had to change.
After about a half an hour the called our zone!
We showed our passports and paperwork and went through a series of checks, and we were on the ramp!
Then we were on the ship!
It was still an hour before we could get to our room, so first stop:
SOFT SERVE ICE CREAM!!!
And of course the Lido deck buffet! Yes, that is prime rib! Yeah!
The next stop was Camp Ocean. The place where the kids go to play, and we get a rest. It was just a day to come and visit and check out the place.
There were games and trucks and toys and a play igloo. The kids were stoked.
Soon enough we were in our cabin and super excited! It was SERIOUSLY so cool.
Our room number: 9200
