The wonderful women of our local chapter of the Relief Society was having a Sisterhood Camp Out. It was for all the ladies of the neighborhood. Big girls and little girls a like! So Mirah and I packed up the car with a tent, sleeping bags, camping chairs, blankets, pillows, and clothing.
BUT then, I realized I was out of gas and didn’t have a credit card. So I had to get Karl to bring me a card, and meet me in Provo, where I filled the tank more than I ever had, I was that empty.
We got there, and had dinner of pulled pork sandwiches and started making friends. Like sweet Bailey Clarke.
We went out to Broadbent ranch. We had been out before, but it was seriously such a lovely evening.
There was a short program with singing and talks about sisterhood, and faith.
Then we played some all ages games!
The sun started going down…
And it was time to start the movie! Yes they had a movie! We watched Gnomio and Juliet. | |
Then my lovely lady and myself jumped into our tent, and bumped heads as we tried to get comfy and sleep.
We woke up early, with the sun rise. I freaking love this sweet little face.
We woke up a started to clean up. We put away our tent and packed the car.
THEN we joined a group of ladies for sunrise Yoga. It was a wonderful way to start our day.
Such a well planned and fun event!
