After U2 we were so tired and ready to relax. So we spent the weekend being sick and working. Tools, and one of our garden gnomes.

While we started to garden, our friend Pete rolled by in his electric VW bus.

Karl got to take it for a quiet spin.

After a few hours we were all done.

Then we trimmed the bushes.

Zac built this sweet bike trailer and we used it to haul some of the clippings to the garbage.

After work on Friday I got a pedicure. Then I gardened on Saturday barefoot. Worth it.

The rest of Saturday and Sunday Karl was in bed, and tried to nurse his hacking self back to health.
