We got to take part in an annual Cascade Elementary School tradition:

Yes the dance festival.

And even though we showed up 40 minutes early, we didn’t get a very good seat. BUT it was cute.

Even though Lucas was not being cute.

The program.

Thankfully Mirah was first.

The kids sang the national anthem.

And the the kindergartners danced their dance, The Swimming Song.

Lucas ran away while I videoed, and so rather than go and find him and then find my seat again, we just walked home instead. Another check in the list of end of year events.
