Mom and Dad left El Centro late morning on Saturday. They drove to Mesquite NV and got there around bed time. They had a huge van full of stuff, the last trip they would make from their home of 32 year. They got to Utah County around 1:00 PM Sunday.  They were so excited to be in their home in Cedar Hills.  They did a little settling in, then came to dinner at our house at 5.

The weather was just about perfect. There was snow on Timp, and Karl and my dad gave it a good look as they arrived.

Soon, Cam, Kelly, their Kids and Krytin arrived. While the kids played, we attempted to compare feet, and get Ash to give Karl a high five.

YEAH!!

Benji and his wife were there too!

Kelly brought left over birthday cake with them, and we had the chance to sing to our sweet Sloan too.

Ashy started to warm up to us by the end of the night.

And as mom said, “this is why we came, to be closer to our family.”
