Blueberries

I love being a mom. It comes with a very unique set of problems. Sometimes I get so frustrated that I want to scream. Sometimes I fall asleep at night and am totally wiped out. I think of my sweet mother and mother in law. How did they do it? 6 and 7 seven children crawling all up on you all of the time. Like Betsy says, “Sometimes it is like a million baby hands all over you.” I had 5 little kids 3 years and under at my house yesterday. I was going nuts. They are all lovely, sweet, obedient little children. Any one on their own would have been so fun, but 5, so many millions of baby hands and emotions.
Then they will do the cutest things, and you just want another one. We have recently introduced blueberries into her diet, and she LOVES them. We had a total disaster the other night as many parents who introduce finger foods figure out, it is hard for little hands to hit their target every time. So after that disaster that nearly ruined one of Mirah’s cutest shirts, I decided to take cloths out of the equation.
This was the amazingly cute, baby craving result.

She started to get really tired about the flash at the end so I took a quick little video too. She serisously was being such a sweet little dolly. She mimics and I love you to me at the end and does a clap which was my signal to give her more food.

Zac and Danielle had their second baby today, Sawyer Carl Hite, and it is so exciting. A new Hite nephew. To top it all off there are other people I am close to as having babies…oh, someday. Today was a good day. A bright contrast to yesterday and probably the thing that will get me through another harder day. Today was a good day.
