Fall time is OFFICIALLY here, and we are getting into the spirit. We decorated the house with Pumpkins this week, did camel apples last week, we drove up the canyon to enjoy the leaves, and I even went to Great Harvest this week and got my annual loaf of Pumpkin Chocolate Chip bread.

One of Karl’s favorite YouTubers, My Name Is Andong, a Russian born German, posted about how to make your own pretzels at home. The German Fall tradition of October Fest has officially been cancelled this year due to COVID. Pretzels and beer, how will we survive with out them?  There was some chemistry involved, and this of course made it something Karl had to try.
