Ice Castles in the Ice

The title is inspired by Robin Sparkles song called Sand Castles in the Sand.
My little sister Krystin came for a visit! She just moved to SLC for the semester to intern at KSL.

We wanted to show her a good time. So it was our day off, and we headed over to Kneaders.

SOOO good. The syrup was like candy. Who could eat more than two pieces?

After breakfast we headed over to Midway, for the Ice Castles. A friend of mine told me about them. I thought they were going to be like the big sculptures in the movie Edward Scissor Hands. They were so much cooler.
